eg333 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

To register and use the eg333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets on eg333.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You must not be accessing eg333 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or have been excluded from eg333 by the platform for any reason.

Each player is permitted to hold only one eg333 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where eg333 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, all balances across the accounts will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled. eg333 reserves the right to apply further sanctions including permanent exclusion from the platform.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep this information up to date at all times. eg333 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, or source of funds at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of pending withdrawals. Where fraudulent documentation is submitted, eg333 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eg333 account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact eg333 support immediately at [email protected]. eg333 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. eg333 recommends using a unique password for your account that is not shared with any other online service.

eg333 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following methods. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eg333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for standard play. To qualify for the welcome bonus, the minimum first deposit is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your eg333 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (standard); ৳500 (to qualify for welcome bonus).

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by eg333 within the timeframes described below. All withdrawals are paid out via the same channel used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID (National ID or passport). eg333 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. eg333 does not charge fees on withdrawals.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000. Daily withdrawal limit: ৳500,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 24 hours for verified accounts; up to 72 hours during high-volume periods.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending compliance checks where eg333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

New eg333 players who register an account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus on that deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus funds. The minimum qualifying first deposit is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available only on the player's first deposit transaction. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus. To receive the welcome bonus, players must opt in via the promotions section before or at the time of making the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus will be credited to the player's eg333 account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus is available to players in Bangladesh aged 21 and above only.

All bonuses issued by eg333, including the welcome bonus, are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal request based on those funds will be processed. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus offer terms. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. eg333 reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings where it determines that the wagering requirement has been manipulated or circumvented through irregular betting patterns, abuse of multiple accounts, or any other method inconsistent with fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eg333 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. eg333 reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, forfeit balances, and permanently exclude players where any of the following conduct is identified:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using the eg333 platform.

All casino games available on eg333 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are independently tested for fairness. eg333 does not control or influence the outcome of any game offered on the platform — outcomes are determined solely by the game's RNG or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical result of the live game event (card dealt, wheel spin, dice roll, etc.). The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

These tools are available at no cost and can be activated at any time: (a) Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. eg333 is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21. eg333 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the player relationship. If age verification confirms the account holder is under 21, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits made may be refunded at the sole discretion of eg333, minus any amounts wagered. Winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

eg333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information or verification documents.
• eg333 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has been found to hold multiple accounts in breach of the one-account policy.

eg333 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, eg333 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond eg333's reasonable control including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, or force majeure events. eg333 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance via the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eg333's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. eg333 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit eg333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
